Museum Vimanmek
Day 1 : Bangkok. (-, -, -)

Arrive in Bangkok airport. Welcoming by English speaking guide and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Vimanmek Palace, a former residence of King Rama V and houses the royal carriages. Transfer back to hotel and overnight there.

Wat Arun
Day 2 : Bangkok - Chiang Mai. (B, L, -)

After breakfast, departure from your hotel at 07.15 – 07.30AM for a sightseeing tour with a trip by long-tailed boat (Hang Yao) on Khongs (canals) of Thonburi and Bangkok to discover the typical life of the former "Venice of the East" and visit Wat Arun (on week-ends: visit of the floating market). After lunch, visit Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of Emerald Buddha) and Wat Pho (Temple of Reclining Buddha). Late in the afternoon transfer to Bangkok railway station for a journey by night train to Chiang Mai. Overnight in second class sleeping berth.

Doi Suthep
Day 3: Chiang Mai. (B, L, -)

Arrive at Chiang Mai in the morning. Breakfast and transfer to your hotel located in downtown. In the late morning, take a city tour and visit Warorot Market and one of the oldest temples in the North, Wat Phra Singh. In the afternoon, go to visit Doi Suthep temple on the top of hill overlooking the city over 1000 meters above sea level. Continue to visit handicraft villages at Bo Sang and Sankamphaeng, well known for decades in their painted umbrellas, decorated fans, teakwood carving, lacquer ware, silverware, precious stones etc… Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Nan
Day 4: Chiang Mai - Lampang - Phrae – Nan. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at your hotel and depart to Nan province and explore the northern part of Thailand. On the way, stop at Lampang to visit Wat Phra That, Burmese style temple, and visit Ban Prathab Jai in Phrae, an important town of the region. After that, continue through superb mountain and teakwood forest scenery until Nan. Arrive at hotel in Nan in the late afternoon.

Day 5: Nan - Chiang Kham - Chiang Khong - Golden Triangle. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at your hotel. Drive to explore the legendary of Golden Triangle. On the way to Chiang Kham, stop to visit Silaphet waterfalls, it is the magical landscapes. You will see Mekong River at Chiang Khong, a border point between Thailand and Laos, and then continue to drive to Chiang Saen along a lovely countryside road. Embark a small local boat 'hang yao' on Maekong River. Arrive late afternoon at your resort, ideally situated overlooking the river at the heart of borderline between Thailand, Laos and Myanmar. Overnight at the hotel.

Doi Angkhang
Day 6: Golden Triangle - Mae Sai – Tha Ton - Doi Angkhang. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at your resort. Transfer to Mae Sai, border town with Myanmar at the extreme North of the country and visit Burmese market. Continue to Thaton and Angkhang, with stop on the way to visit a Yao Village, Sino-Tibetan ethnic minority. Then go to Doi Angkhang, which is situated on a border ridge between Thailand and Myanmar. Experience a memorable sunset from the top of mountain. Transfer to your resort and overnight there.

Day 7: Doi Angkhang. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at your hotel. During the day, visit plantations of flowers, fruits and vegetables of ethnic minority (Padong and Meo), at Thai-Burmese border. There are optional activities for trekking, mule riding (!) or mountain bike to discover this landscape. Overnight at the hotel.

Chiang Dao
Day 8: Doi Angkhang - Arunothai - Chiang Dao – Pai. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at hotel and depart to Pai, a small local town is located in a crowded valley. Drive from Angkhang along impressive of a ridge road Thailand and Burma, scattered with Chinese KMT villages (army revolutionary refugees of Chiang Hai-Shek). The mountain road that leads you to Pai is beautiful, winding and surrounded by beautiful teakwood forests. Arrive at Pai in the late afternoon. Small sightseeing tour and transfer to your resort. Overnight in Pai.

Day 9: Pai - Mae Hong Son. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at your hotel. Visit the local market and depart to Mae Hong Son. Stop to visit Baan Phang Paek, inhabited by the largest Lisu community (Sino-Tibetan ethnic minority). And visit the famous Tham Lod Caves by torch. In the afternoon, continue to Mae Hong Son with a stop at Baan Nai Soi in forest, houses the famous 'long-necked' women with their brass ornaments around their necks, come from Burmese Padong minority. Arrive at your resort along Pai River. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Mae Hong Son - Baan Khun Yuam - Mae Sariang. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at your hotel. It should not miss to visit the local market, where all ethnic minorities and peasants gather their products to sell. Then drive to Mae Sariang, a small provincial town south of Mae Hong Son, along Burmese border, passing through traditional villages and beautiful scenery of Baan Khun Yuam. Late afternoon, arrive at Mae Sariang, transfer to your hotel and overnight there.

Mae Sariang
Day 11: Mae Sariang - Tha Song Yang - Mae Ramat - Mae Sot. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive Mae Sot, a border town with Myanmar (Burma), which is 70 % of population are Burmese Mons ethnic. Continue over this road along Salawin River and Burmese border. Stop to take a picture and visit along the way. Arrive at Mae Sot in the late afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.

Sukhothai
Day 12: Mae Sot - Tak – Sukhothai. (B, L, -)

After breakfast at hotel, visit the unique border market in Thailand where you can walk to sightseeing and feel as in another world, full of strange sights, unfamiliar odours, and typical sounds of Thailand. Then depart from Mae Sot to Sukhothai, the first capital of Siam and cultural centre. Several stop for snapshots on the way. In the afternoon, visit ruins of the archaeological site of Sukhothai with its main temples, Wat Phra Sri Mahatad and Wat Sri Chum. Transfer to your hotel and overnight in Sukhothai.

Bangkok
Day 13: Sukhothai - Pitsanuloke - Ayuthaya – Bangkok. (B, L, -)

Breakfast at your hotel. Take sightseeing tour of the traditional city of Sukhothai and then drive to Bangkok. On the way, visit Wat Chai Wattana and Wat Sri Sanphet in Ayutthaya, the second capital of Siam, and visit the former Summer Palace of the King, Bang Pa In. Continue to Bangkok International Airport. It is possible to extension of your stay at a beach destination in Thailand.
