Breakfast at your hotel and then departure for Bangkok from where you will undertake a stunning bike ride in the oldest and most animated district of Bangkok, « Chinatown ». You will have the opportunity to discover daily life of its inhabitants.

Along the narrow alleys accessible thanks to motorbikes, you will discover the markets, Buddhist temples, with that pleasant feeling of being at the heart of the street life.

Then, you will cross the river Chao Phraya by local ferry and follow by the excursion to Thonburi during which you will discover more temples, museums, and the slower lifestyle of the inhabitants of "the other side".

Visit of the Flower Market and return to your hotel. Free time during the afternoon before your transfer to Bangkok train station where you will take the night train to Chiang Mai. Dinner served as a picnic on the train and overnight in the train.

Picnic breakfast on the train and, at your arrival to the train station of Chiang Mai, transfer (about 30 minuts) in direction of your hotel. Free time in the morning before lunch. In the afternoon, visit of a farm on the banks of the Ping River in the suburbs of Chiang Mai. Then boarding on a local boat "long tail" for a small cruise along the shores where blend traditional houses and modern buildings.

Breakfast at your hotel and then departure for a day in the National Park Doi Inthanon, a real jewel of tropical nature. The highest peak of the country (2565m) is a feast for budding birdwatchers thanks to more than 380 species of birds listed.

Thereafter, you will stop in a fruit market and then you will continue your way towards the "Top of Thailand", Doi Inthanon.

Later, departure for a one-hour ride to reach the waterfall Vatchirathan.

Lunch in a local restaurant next to the waterfall and return to Chiang Mai. Free time in your hotel before the dinner in a ancient restaurant. Overnight in your hotel.

An hour's drive until the bottom of the mountain and after, you must still an hour's drive to climb up the mountain (walking time on the spot: one hour in total with the waterfall)

Breakfast and departure towards Mae Kampong. Stop along the way in a local market to choose the ingredients used in the preparation of your lunch. The town is situated at 1300m altitude and offers a revitalizing climate all year.

Then, you will appreciate a one-hour ride in the communal forest with a local English speaking guide and then, making of your lunch with your foster family.

Afterwards, you will enjoy a tree climbing seance during about 3 hours to discover the tropical forest otherwise.

On your return, you will chill out thanks to a traditional massage (of one hour and a half approximately) effectuated by the best practitioners of the village. Dinner and overnight in the village.

Local breakfast and transfer towards to Mae Ngat Dam area. Located in the Sri Lanna national park, the Mae Ngat barrage is one of the best kept secrets of Chiang Mai. This huge bode of fresh water has been formed when a dam was built on the river Mae Ngat and flooded the valley. The Mae Ngat reservoir is located between the Mae Taeng and Mae Ngat forests, which has created an idyllic place to relax, swim or fish.

After that, you will be transferred by kayak to enjoy a lunch in a floating restaurant.

After the lunch, departure for the visit of the Bau Tong waterfalls, 42 kilometers far from Chiang Mai. This wonderful limestone waterfall is part of Mae Taeng national forest reserves and is known for its unusual face and not easy to climb. As Namphu Chetsi which literally means « 7 colors fountain » is a mineral geyser containing calcium carbonate, springing from the ground, ending in the form of streams and small waterfall. Then, transfer to the Lisu lodge.

Dinner with a traditional Lisu dance show. Free time after the dinner but we can suggest you a walk on foot and a 30-minut visit of the village. Overnight in Lisu Lodge.

Breakfast and road towards your hotel in Chiang Rai. En route stop at the elephant camp of Chiang Dao where you can admire them, touch them, study them and give them bananas. Therefrom, you will turn back time in discovering the countryside, by riding about 45 minuts on the back of elephant in the jungle and mountains.

Lunch at the Nest Hotel and departure in direction the of Mae Salong with a stop along the route to Ban Lorcha village (about 30 minuts of walk). Discovery of the inhabitants lifestyle.

Continuation throughout Akkha and Chinese ethnic villages (about one hour). You will appreciate the impressive and outstanding panoramas.

Visit of the chinese town Santikiree (KMT) and its picturesque market. Then visit of a tea plantation where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a cup of fresh tea. Arrival late in the day. Installation at your resort. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast at your hotel and departure for the city of Mai Sai by the road.

En route stop to Doi Tung. Once you have reached the top, you will have the opportunity to visit Wat Noi Doi Tung, temple whose view is simply magnificient.

Then, you will continue until a border town with Myanmar (Burma). Visit of the Golden Triangle, strategic point from which you can admire a unique landscape shared between Thailand, Myanmar and Laos.

Lunch at Chiang Sean mini-cruise on the Mekhong by speed boat (about 50 minuts) to observe life in Laos and also the site of three borders (Golden Triangle).

Arrival in Chiang Rai in the end of the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in your hotel.

Wake up early to discover the Phu Chi Fa hill (about 1 hour-road far from Chiang Rai), at the top of which you will enjoy a breakfast under the most beautiful sunrise of the region.

Visit of a local market on the Thai-Laotian border. Then, you will continue the way towards the Pha Mon Highland Agricultural Royal Project to lunch in shrimp farm and taste, among others, the most famous Thai soup : the Tom Yam Kung.

Afterwards, return to your hotel and free time. On the evening, departure for your dinner in the Leelewadee restaurant next to the river and overnight in your hotel.

Breakfast in your hotel and departure for the international airport of Chiang Rai from which you will embark to Bangkok. Arrival at Bangkok and welcome by your local english speacking guide. Transfer to your hotel for a short rest and departure for the lunch.

Then, visit of the Royal Palace, of the Wat Phra Keo (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) and of the Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha).

On the end of the afternoon, departure for one of the biggest markets of the world: Tatuchack or MBK (depending on your preference and your following your wishes to make your last minute purchases).
